Do I need to be home during the clean?
No. As long as the crew can get in, you never have to be home. You get a photo report when we finish so you can see the whole home.
Is there a contract?
No contract. Membership is month to month, billed monthly, and you can cancel anytime from your dashboard.
What if something gets missed?
Tell us within two days and we come back to make it right at no charge. That is our 48-hour re-clean promise.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
No. The crew brings all the supplies and equipment, and we use family- and pet-safe products throughout your home.
Can I get a one-time deep clean instead?
Yes. We also offer one-time cleans like a deep clean, move-in or move-out, interior windows, and inside the oven or fridge. Members save 10% on those add-on cleans.
